Repeater is sounding good after the recent upgrade! Only complaint is too many squelch tails, first a "burst of static" followed by a tritone deedlebeep.
Rough couple days trying to fix what I though was a receiver problem on the link. I narrowed it down to not being a receiver but interference on frequency when the 3 element beam is being used. I had to disconnect the UHF repeater and use it's antenna to keep the link alive. I'm leaving town for work today. Be back 10/30 . Hope the snow isn't too bad before I get back so I can get another antenna up there with less gain for the link.
Thank you for letting me know. We are narrowing down the problem and will get up to fix it ASAP. Hood looks good and we get signal down from Black Mountain but not up the other direction. If anyone in the Bonner Ferry area has a 2m/440 radio and could do a little troubleshooting over the phone with me it would be much appreciated. We will figure it out and fix it ASAP.
It doesn't seem to be working this evening. Tried to check in on the Bonner amatuer radio club net. But no send or receive on Black mountain. I could hear them talking if I switched over to Hoodo, but I didn't have enough power to be understandable from South hill in Bonners.
Correct, I have a squelch tail elimination board coming

Thank You Brandon for all your hard work!!
This is now working, but is going to need a little fine tuning of the link audio come spring.

We had to take the machine down to connect an external controller and link radio. Unfortunately,
we learned the fusion repeaters have 2 receivers and only one transmitter. It will have to have an external link radio.
